Master Chocolatier Beth Tully of Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates
Beth Tully launched Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates to realize a dream that began in the 1990’s, when she stumbled across some candy recipes she thought would be perfect for holiday cooking. Little did she know that those recipes would trigger a passion that would become Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates.
She completed her Maitre Chocolatier (Master Chocolatier) certification in Vancouver under the tutelage of Maitre Chocolatier Joanne Mogridge, Cocoa West Chocolatier.
Her chocolate philosophy is to create the freshest, most flavorful chocolates that wow people at first bite. Using traditional European techniques and equipment, she creates chocolates with meticulous attention to ingredients, taste, texture and finish. She uses Belgium chocolate, organic or locally grown fruits, and unique spices. All her chocolates are preservative free.
Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates, in Wichita, KS, features a variety of bittersweet, milk and white chocolate truffles and bon bons. The shop also has a chocolate lounge, where customers can enjoy hot chocolates, Corsair Handcrafted Coffee or artisan teas.
